- Island Activities -

Located in West Bay, Cobalt Coast is only minutes away from Grand Cayman's most popular activities.

Cayman Turtle Centre

The Cayman Turtle Center is a conservation facility and tourist attraction that's located just a short walk from the Cobalt Coast Resort. Since opening in 1968 as the first commercial venture to domesticate Green Sea Turtles, the Cayman Turtle Center has released over 31,000 turtles into the wild. Since then the centre has grown to include exhibits of other local, and exotic animals.

Seven Mile Beach

Seven Mile Beach is known for its beauty and has been called "The Caribbean's Best Beach" by Caribbean Travel and Life Magazine. It's public property so you're able to walk the full length of the beach, regardless of where you're staying.

On Friday afternoon, there is a free shuttle to Camana Bay. Discover an eclectic mix of local treasures and top international brands, including Lilly Pulitzer, POLO by NKY, Prada, Gucci, Michael Kors, Lacoste and more. Find everything from duty-free jewellery, designer fashion, luxurious skincare and cosmetics, to stylish home accessories, kitchen essentials, bestselling books and high-tech gadgets, all in one convenient location.

Stingray City

Stingray City has been described as the world's best 12-foot dive. You'll find Stingray City in the shallows Grand Cayman's North South. It is just inside a natural channel that passes through the barrier reef and Barker's National Park crossing the North Sound from Morgan's Harbor to Rum Point located on the other end of the Island.

You can go as a diver or as a snorkeller and you'll have a chance to interact with the Southern Stingrays and watch dive instructors "rodeo" them around for their reward - squid.

Going to Hell

Hell is located about a 30-minute walk from the Cobalt Coast Resort. You can stop off in Hell and meet the Devil himself, Mr. Ivan Farrington. He's quite a character and he'll enjoy the hell out of you stopping by to say hi to him. When you get home, you can tell people you've been to hell and back.

- Going with Water Sports -

"I've been diving with the Reef Divers organization at the Little Cayman Beach Resort on 3 separate occasions, and each time I was extremely impressed. All of their boats are very well maintained, and the crew are incredibly helpful and take care of all the hard stuff like carrying your tanks, etc.

"I'm looking forward to visiting their Grand Cayman location for a week of up to 17 boat dive, plus shore diving! Please contact me if you have any questions; I'd be happy to discuss what lead me to choose Grand Cayman for the next Water Sports dive destination.

"We have a total of only 12 spaces available on this trip so if you're interested don't wait to sign up!"
