Service/Repair List
REGULATOR
Regulator Overhaul
The regulator system is disassembled, thoroughly inspected for damage, ultrasonically cleaned, parts replaced (as needed), reassembled, and tuned.
Regulator Check
A diagnostic test to determine whether or not the regulator meets the manufacturer's performance specifications.
BCD
Check
A diagnostic test to determine whether or not the BCD meets the manufacturer's performance specifications.
Check & Clean
This includes the BCD Check (described above), plus a thorough cleaning of the exterior and interior of the BCD.
Power Inflator Overhaul
The BCD power inflator is disassembled, thoroughly inspected for damage, ultrasonically cleaned, parts replaced (as needed), reassembled, and tuned.
TANKS
Visual Inspection
Both the exterior and interior are visually checked for signs of corrosion, oil and/or water contamination, and other signs of damage.
Hydro
The tank is sent to a government-authorized hydrostatic testing facility to be tested for metal fatigue. A visual inspection (described above) is also completed.
Air Fill (≤ 80 cu. ft.)
